Top 3 Europe Timeshares
Posted by admin | Posted in Uncategorized | Posted on 04-08-2011
With hotels, B&Bs and hostels, Europe certainly has a broad array of accommodations for a traveler to choose from. Some of the finest hotels are located in Europe, featuring high end luxury and doting guests services. B&Bs provide guests with cozy cottage style comfort and intimate atmospheres while hostels have always provided cheap accommodation for younger travelers who are less concerned with sharing rooms and sleeping in bunk beds.
However, if you’re looking for accommodation which combines the best qualities of all of these options, Europe timeshares are definitely worth looking into. These fully loaded, apartment style gems are exceptional deals, especially for a party traveling with more than two people. Unfortunately timeshares have developed a negative connotation over the years due to pushy resort salesmen and overpriced units, but if you take the time to do a little research online you’ll find that these little slices of resort heaven can come at a surprisingly low price. Here are three of my all time favorite European timeshares:
1. LONDON: 47 Park Street by Marriott’s Grand Residence Club

47 Park Street is a sophisticated and decedent resort, centrally located near some of London’s most famous attractions. Hyde Park, one of London’s largest royal parks, can be found just blocks away, while other trademark London attractions like the London Eye and Westminster Abbey are right down the street. What makes this timeshare resort truly exceptional though, are the amenities it offers. Each suite had its own full kitchen with Villeroy and Boch cookware and china, a spacious living room and a master suite with a king-size bed. Then there’s a 24 hour concierge staff to help guests create personal itineraries. You literally just tell them what you want to do for the day and they’ll assist you in buying tickets, scheduling taxis and more. The resort has a partnership with the Royal Opera House, so you can easily arrange tickets to see a once in a lifetime performance. There’s even an in-house florist who will arrange vases of your favorite flowers in your suite before you arrive. This is definitely a great timeshare to check out before booking your trip to London, and I highly recommend it if you’re looking for the royal treatment.
2. FRANCE: Marriott’s Village D’Ile-De-France

If you’re looking to enjoy Disneyland Paris, welcome to Marriott’s Village D’Ile-De-France timeshare suites. This is definitely a place for visitors wanting a relaxing countryside vacation just 20 miles from the city of Paris. What’s more, this resort offers free shuttle rides to Chessy train station and Disneyland Paris, so you won’t even need to worry about scheduling a taxi or rental car…..of course if you wanted to, you can rent a car AT the resort. The resort grounds also offer a 27 hole golf course, a delicatessen, gift shops and a bar and lounge. The outdoor pool is really a spectacle to see – it’s positively huge! Let’s talk about the timeshare units though, because they are nothing short of spectacular. These are two-story townhouses which definitely beats staying in a small, cramped hotel room somewhere in the middle of the city. You’ll also have your own private terrace and a full kitchen.
3. SPAIN: Club Marbella

One of my favorite destinations in Europe has to be Spain, and Club Marbella in Malaga is definitely one of my favorite resorts in the country. Featuring an unparalleled combination of entertainment and luxury, the Club Marbella timeshares provide guests with large dining rooms, living rooms and up to two full bathrooms. The units are designed with comfort in mind and can provide enough space for whole families to fit in, without constantly bumping into each other (you can get a unit with up to three bedrooms). The resort grounds offer indoor and outdoor pools, spectacular poolside bars with top notch bartenders, a hair and beauty salon, a marketplace with a restaurant, and so much more. You might think it would cost an arm and a leg to even stay one night, but again these can be obtained for very nominal prices if you do some searching online.
These are only a few of the luxurious timeshare options located in Europe, and there are quite a few more. While most people associated timeshares with ownership, you can also rent these suites on websites like sellmytimesharenow.com, and you’ll really be surprised with some of the prices you’ll find available.
It’s a lot easier to book your dream vacation than you think. Do what I do and think of the three R’s: Research and find the best deal price wise and luxury wise. Relax in a spectacular timeshare vacation rental. Repeat and do it all over somewhere else next year!
